Are you constantly telling yourself you should take better care of yourself but never stop to look after your mental health?
Feelings of stress, anxiety and of just not being good enough are all common in busy Londoners.
This workshop will give you the time to focus on yourself and learn the tools to use writing to improve your wellbeing everyday, in a safe and intimate environment.
We will look at identifying and celebrating your strengths, and being comfortable with your challenges, through writing to help you understand your mental health.

In a world where we treat “who got the least sleep last night” as an accolade, or being busy is a default setting, burnout is an inevitable aspect of modern life.
Whether it’s your career, your side hustle, or your studies (or all three!) that you are giving everything to, you’re at risk of burning out.
This workshop uses a mixture of mindfulness and writing, as well as your own imagination, to equip you with some techniques to help you slow down and prevent burn out

Trying to be productive when you just aren’t in the mood is a torturous experience we all know.
You either you make it happen, with a marked drop in quality drops or you procrastinate, distract, and dawdle, cursing yourself later.
This workshop tackles the way you think about tasks you don’t want to do, run some activities to make your to-do list less daunting, and keeping you more productive!
Anybody can stop by to our free monthly Writing Worner ran in association with the Southwark Wellbeing Hub. This is a chance to socialise with other people who believe in the power of writing and spend a short while working on your own pieces!
We are proudly supported by The Princes Trust and the Lloyds Bank Social Entrepreneurs Start Up Programme, in partnership with the School of Social Entrepreneurs, and jointly funded by Big Lottery Fund
